CHARITIES AND CHARITY FOCUSED EVENTS

Do you represent a charity, or are an Organiser of an event where the proceeds of the event are wholly or substantially for the benefit on a nominated charity? Then speak to us. We have worked with a number of major charities and charity focused Organisers.

    > Conferences
    > Formal Functions (e.g. Gala Balls, Black-Tie Events)
    > Public facing fundraisers (e.g. fun runs, abseils etc..).
    > Corporate Sponsorship (one-off events involving key sponsors, awards, etc..)

The list seems endless. When it comes to charities Special Event Photography has often gone out of its way to ensure maximum fund for the charitable cause.

For small charity organised events (less than 100 participants) held in N. Ireland, or Ireland Zone 1 we will normally waive any attendance fee.

Formal functions and the like - we will normally waive any attendance fee and would also seek to setup a small portable studio at the venue (in a quite corner usually works will). In order to minimise your workload; once we have the details of the assignment we will take it from there and work with the venue to ensure that our end of the event runs smoothly - and so maximizes any donation we can make to your charity.

Our staff are Health & Safety aware and capable of undertaking Risk Assessments - if you require these for your event please let us know in good time so that we can furnish the appropriate documents .
