ATTENDANCE FEE
We endeavor to keep fees
to Organisers to an absolute minimum. For this reason we operate
the following fee structure which we believe is a fair balance in the
interests of both the Organisers and ourselves as Photographers.
These fees apply to events in N. Ireland and border counties
and all nature of events - schools,
sports, small
charity events. For corporate
work and weddings individually
tailored fees apply.
We provide on-site printing facilities at
the event and for a fee may also print individual images from
guest cameras. |

- FREE. At least for events where the numbers attending
are greater than 150. |

When the expected attendance numbers are between
75 and 150
persons (incl. 5 FREE Photos). |

£ 95.00 |
When expected attendance is below 75 persons
(incl. 10 FREE Photos). Typically private
parties. |

Note: For
all bookings a
£25 deposit
against booking is required. The appropriate proportion
of this fee is returned to you on the day of the event
or shortly afterward. In
the case of a late booking cancellation
(within 21-days of the event) this fee is forfeit. |

These attendance fees allow us to attend occasional events that
may not be economically viable for us - where we share the risk
with the organiser. Where a fee is applicable this must be paid
in advance.
For larger events we also share the net profits from the on-site photograph
sales (or this may be donated to one of our supported
charities or one nominated by the organiser). This commission rate is
typically of the order of 15% net - we can
arrange for this to be presented to your nominated charity if
you wish (payment receipt and optional photograph provided).
Note:
Commission normally paid within 28-days of event
into agreed, nominated account only, or to nominated or
supported charity.
Fees apply equally to all organised events. |
