SCHOOL PORTRAITS AND FORMALS/PROMS COVERAGE School Proms coverage are undertaken on a Pre-Pay basis - this means that no-one has to carry or loose money on Prom night. We also offer this option as part of the annual school portraiture shoot - which can produce a significant saving and can be used in conjunction with our Multi-Child payment option - savings on savings in difficult economic times, and we hope, family friendly too. Portable Studio Our portable studio is designed to be setup and packed away very quickly. We also operate with the least amount of cabling possible for the setup - for example, the camera is linked to the computer system by Wi-Fi. We can provide Risk Assessment reports if you need them. The studio allows for a fast and efficient portraiture session and immediate delivery of proofs/order forms for the children to take home with them - also, payment is made directly to us. This minimises the hassle to the school. Orders are processed by us and grouped into classes for easy distribution. the turnaround time on a school photo-shoot is 2-3 weeks. We tackle Prom night with the same efficiency, and aim to provide quality images, on quality materials at a competitive price. Commission The school will of course receive a financial contribution from net profits of the photo-shoot which will be paid into the nominated school account within 28-days of the delivery of the ordered packs to the school. Similarly, the school will receive a modest commission for using our services on Prom night - again, normally within 28-days of the event. |
